I began my forming and shoring career in 2007 as a designer working for a major formwork supplier. Over the years, I progressed to designing forming, shoring, and tilt-up books, and in 2016, I transitioned into formwork sales. This shift allowed me to gain valuable insights into customer needs and real-world applications, providing on-the-fly solutions. My core values of honesty and reliability guide me in ensuring that the solutions I offer are not only practical but also buildable in the field. My approach to customer service is centered on understanding the customer's final goal and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve it. I ensure quality by reviewing drawings with local professional engineers and collaborating closely with customers throughout the process. My vision is to guide customers towards solutions that are safe, cost-effective, and easy to assemble, ultimately benefiting the end user.
